Order verification, quality check, and packaging—we've got it all covered! All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1–3 days after the order is placed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your doorstep!
